Privacy Policy

What we collect

• · Account — name, email, password (hashed, never stored in readable form).
• · Billing — plan and payment history. Card details are held by our payment providers, never by us.
• · Exchange keys — encrypted at rest. We ask only for trade and read permission; we never request withdrawal rights.
• · Product usage — bots, strategies, trades and AI usage, so the product works and can be billed accurately.
• · Site analytics — pages visited, referrer and campaign parameters.

Analytics, specifically

Our analytics are first-party: the data is collected by us and stays with us. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker on these pages. We do not store your IP address, and the visitor identifier is a random value scoped to this site that cannot follow you elsewhere. Analytics events are deleted after 90 days.

Selling and sharing

We do not currently sell your personal data or share it with advertisers, and we do not read your exchange account beyond what is needed to run the strategies you configured.

If that ever changes, we will tell you before it takes effect and ask for your explicit consent first. You will be able to decline and keep using the service. We will not quietly reinterpret this page to cover a use you did not agree to.

Who else touches it

Hosting and databases (Vercel, Railway, MongoDB Atlas), payment processing (PayPal, PayFast), the exchange you connect (Binance), and the AI provider that powers AI features. AI requests contain market data and your strategy configuration; they do not contain your exchange credentials.

Your choices

You can export or delete your account data, disconnect exchange keys at any time, and revoke our access from within your exchange account independently of us. To request deletion, email support@omnixiacore.com. Deleting your account removes your data other than records we must keep for accounting.
