1. Who we are

Omnixia ("we") provides Omnixia Core, an account and billing platform, together with the applications available through it. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. One account per person; do not share logins. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

3. Trading — read this one

Omnixia Trades places orders on a cryptocurrency exchange on your instruction, using API keys you provide. You can lose money, including all of it. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and automated strategies can lose money quickly and without supervision.

We do not provide financial, investment or tax advice. Nothing in the product — including AI-generated analysis, marketplace strategies and their backtests — is a recommendation. Backtested or simulated results describe the past and do not predict the future.

You are responsible for the strategies you run, the limits you set, and the funds in your own exchange account. We never take custody of your funds.

4. Paper trading

Paper accounts simulate fills against real market prices using a virtual balance. They do not model order book depth, partial fills or slippage, so results are optimistic on thinly traded pairs. Paper performance is not a promise of live performance.

5. Fees and billing

Paid plans bill monthly or yearly in advance through the payment method on your account. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and does not refund the current period unless the law requires otherwise. If a payment fails we will retry and notify you, and may suspend access if it remains unpaid. Exchange trading fees are charged by the exchange, not by us.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt to gain access to other accounts, interfere with its operation, or use it for market manipulation. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Availability

We aim for continuous operation but do not guarantee it. Exchanges, networks and third parties fail, and maintenance happens. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, exchange outages, or rate limiting by an exchange.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for trading losses.
